SHIPPING & RETURNS
RETURN POLICY
You may return your purchased items within 15 days from the invoice date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original box and packaging, which must be intact and undamaged. Items without packaging or with damaged packaging will not be accepted for return.
The original invoice and warranty certificate (if applicable) must be included with the returned item.
If the product is defective, return shipping costs will be covered by our company. In all other cases, the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns are not accepted for products that are custom-made or damaged due to use, or for items that are, by nature, non-returnable.
If the item was purchased and invoiced under a company name, the return must be accompanied by a return invoice issued by the respective company.

Delivery Information
All orders are prepared and handed over to the shipping company within 2–15 business days following order confirmation.
For custom-made orders, this period may vary depending on the nature and complexity of the item.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY
In accordance with the procedures and principles regarding security measures for postal shipments, approved by the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) on 27/12/2016 with decision number 2016/DK-YED/517, you will be required to present a valid ID card, driver’s license, or passport when receiving your order from the courier or store staff.
