DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

Distance Sales Agreement
This agreement is concluded between the Buyer (Customer) and Alegoria Jewellery through an electronic sales platform.

Article 1 – Subject of the Agreement
The purpose of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) listed below, whose characteristics and sales price are stated.

Article 2 – Seller Information

Article 3 – Buyer Information
Customer: All individuals who make purchases through the e-commerce website www.alegoriajewellery.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Customer").

Article 4 – Product Information
The type, quantity, model, color, unit price, and payment method of the goods or services subject to this agreement are as indicated on the website. These terms are subject to change without prior notice to the Buyer.

Article 5 – General Provisions

5.1 – The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the basic characteristics, price, and payment terms of the product(s) as listed in Article 4 and have provided the necessary confirmation in electronic form.

5.2 – The product(s) will be delivered to the Buyer or a third party at the designated address within the timeframe specified in the pre-information form, not exceeding the legal maximum of 30 days.

5.3 – If the product(s) are to be delivered to a person or entity other than the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for the recipient’s refusal to accept the delivery.

5.4 – The Seller is responsible for delivering the product(s) in good condition, complete, and in accordance with the order specifications, along with any applicable warranty documents and user manuals.

5.5 – For the product(s) to be delivered, this agreement must be confirmed electronically, and the payment must be completed using the selected payment method. If payment is not made or is canceled in banking records, the Seller is not obliged to deliver the product(s).

5.6 – In the event that, after delivery, the product(s) are fraudulently used by unauthorized persons and the payment is not made to the Seller by the bank or financial institution, the Buyer is required to return the delivered item(s) to the Seller within 3 business days. In such cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5.7 – If the Seller is unable to deliver the product(s) within the agreed period due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather, transportation disruptions), the Buyer will be informed. The Buyer may then choose to cancel the order, request a replacement product, or delay delivery until the issue is resolved. If the order is canceled, the Seller will initiate the refund process through the bank within 7 days. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the bank.

5.8 – If the delivered product(s) are defective or damaged, the Buyer must return them to the Seller within 7 days from the date of receipt for repair or replacement under warranty conditions. In this case, return shipping costs will be covered by the Seller. After this period, the Buyer must contact the manufacturer’s authorized service.

5.9 – This agreement becomes valid after the Buyer confirms it electronically and it is recorded at [insert platform or database address].

5.10 – Returns are not accepted for custom-made or made-to-order items.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 7 days of receiving the product(s). To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller by email or fax within this period, and the product must not be used or damaged, and its packaging must remain intact.

The Buyer must return the original invoice and a copy of the shipping receipt showing that the item has been sent back. Once these documents are received, the Seller will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by the bank. If the original invoice is not returned, VAT and any other applicable charges cannot be refunded.

The return shipping cost in case of withdrawal is borne by the Buyer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that:

Are custom-made or personalized

Deteriorate quickly or have an expiration date

Include unsealed items such as software, DVDs, CDs, cassettes, or cosmetic products
To be eligible for a return, such items must be unused and unopened in their original packaging.

Article 7 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the implementation of this agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. By confirming the order electronically, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms of this agreement.
